Pasta Workshop

During this class, you will learn how to make a fresh egg pasta dough by hand which you will then turn into a range of shapes using a pasta machine. You will also make filled pasta shapes by hand. To accompany the pasta you will bring together a fresh, fragrant classic Genovese pesto and a simple, yet delicious sage butter topped with pangrattato.
All ingredients, aprons and equipment are provided. You will be able to take home everything you have made and we will also be tasting and evaluating everything you have made at the end of the session. All recipes will also be emailed to you after the class.
