Introduction to Bread Making – SOLD OUT

Come and learn the secret to successful and delicious bread in my introduction to bread making class. During the two hour session you will learn how to mix, knead and shape your own breads. We will be making a small white farmhouse loaf, mini bread rolls, rye soda bread rolls and Italian grissini.
All ingredients, aprons and equipment are provided. You will be able to take home everything you have made and we will also be tasting and evaluating everything you have made at the end of the session. All recipes will also be emailed to you after the class.
