Afternoon tea baking class

If you would like to learn how to make the perfect bakes to serve at your very own classic afternoon tea then this is the class for you. You will be making wonderful light fluffy scones, a vanilla scented Victoria sponge sandwiched with my home made jam and some buttery lemon shortbread cookies. The perfect combination of sweet treats!
All ingredients, aprons and equipment are provided. You will be able to take home everything you have made in class and I will be baking lots of extra scones, sponges and cookies for you to enjoy at the end of the session. All recipes will also be emailed to you after the class.
