Celebration Drip cake class

This is the perfect class for keen bakers. You will go home feeling confident that you have learned all the secrets of making the perfect showstopper celebration cake.
You will learn how to cut and crumb coat a pre-baked rich vanilla sponge. Next, you will learn how to create a smooth finish for your buttercream iced cake in a colour of your choice and how to create the most perfectly sharp edges.
This will be followed by a tutorial on how to create the perfect chocolate drip decoration for your cake. Once this has been achieved we will go o to the final stages of cake adornment and decoration. We will cover piping tips and tricks and use a range of decorations for you to finish off your cake in your very own signature style.
All ingredients, aprons and equipment are provided. You will be able to take home everything you have made and we will also be tasting and evaluating everything you have made at the end of the session. All recipes will be emailed to you after the class.
