This is the perfect class for beginner’s in the baking department. You will go home feeling confident that you have learned all the secrets of making the perfect classic vanilla sponge filled Chantilly cream and  jam, light and fluffy scones as well as the best ever brownies which can be personalised with a range of added flavours and decorations .

I will also demonstrate how to make the best buttercream for filling and decorating your cakes with and how to flavour and colour the buttercream. I will explain the range of nozzles and piping bags and the finishes they can provide to your cake

All ingredients, aprons and equipment are provided. You will be able to take home everything you have made and we will also be tasting and evaluating everything you have made at the end of the session. All recipes will be emailed to you after the class.
