Sourdough demo including lunch

My sourdough demo includes a lunch of homemade sourdough bread, various salads and local cheeses sourced from Village Greens farm shop.
We will start with coffee and a sourdough cake before I demonstrate the sourdough making process from start to finish. During the class, you will receive an instruction booklet on sourdough making and you will take home your very own sourdough starter so you can begin making your loaves at home after the class. This demo is based on me showing you how to make sourdough bread and we will cover the many stages of this process.
Due to the nature of the class, you will not actually be making the bread yourself but watching me take you through each step. There will be plenty of opportunities for asking questions as we go. I also have a selection of recommended reads and sourdough books for you to read.
