Pasta Workshop

During this class, you will learn how to make a fresh egg pasta dough by hand which you will then turn into a tagliatelle using a pasta machine as well as shaping farfalle by hand. You will also make a fresh and fragrant Genovese basil pesto to compliment the pasta you make in class.
All ingredients, aprons and equipment are provided. You will be able to take home everything you have made and we will also be tasting and evaluating everything you have made at the end of the session. All recipes will also be emailed to you after the class.
