Bread making for beginners

If you’ve always been afraid of making bread then this is the class for you. You will learn how to make a classic white farmhouse loaf, flavoured bread rolls,  a traditional soda bread loaf and pretzels – flavoured with cinnamon sugar, my favourite!

All ingredients, aprons and equipment are provided. You will be able to take home everything you have made and we will also be tasting and evaluating everything you have made at the end of the session. All recipes will be emailed to you after the class.
