Ingredients
  • 2 pears cored and chopped
  • 1 inch ginger peeled and chopped
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • 1/2 cucumber chopped
  • 300 ml cloudy apple juice
  • 4 tbsp mint leaves only
Instructions
  1. Place all of the ingredients into a high powered blender and blitz until smooth.
