A seasonal, fruity and super tasty Autumnal smoothie.

Ingredients
  • 2 Small apples cored, peeled and roughly chopped,
  • Large handful of blackberries
  • 1 tsp Manuka or regular honey
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp Oats
  • 1 Glass of almond milk
Instructions
  1. Place all of the ingredients into your Froothie and whizz up for a minute until the drink is smooth. I start on a low setting then move swiftly up to the highest setting and leave it for a minute to ensure everything has been blitzed.

  2. Pour and serve!

Recipe Notes

Frozen blackberries would also work in this recipe. When measuring the milk, choose the glass you are going to serve the smoothie in to measure the correct quantity of milk.
