Supper Club

COVID-19 UPDATE FOR 2020

Due to the nature of the Covid-19 pandemic, The Epsom Supper Club is temporarily closed for business. I will be aiming to start the supper club once again in midsummer 2021. As an alternative I have set up the following:

The Epsom “At Home Dining” service for all occasions from £25 per head for a bespoke three course dining experience delivered to your home.

and can host up to 18 guests. Whether a single party or a few smaller groups, either way I will continue to add dates to the Facebook page
I am also happy to discuss private group bookings for Friday/Saturday nights so if you have a birthday or gathering in mind feel free to consider The Epsom Supper Club as your dining venue.

 Reviews:

Caragh Dewis:

“Thanks you so much for a(nother) wonderful supper club evening. It was so lovely to be welcomed into your home -and garden- and the food was as delicious as ever. We really appreciate the effort you put into making each evening so special.”

Emma Barrett:

“Charles and Laura were both lovely and couldn’t have made us feel more welcome in their beautiful home.”

Brooke O’Halloran:

“Absolutely fantastic evening. The food was superb, everything tasted incredible and was finished to such a high standard. Stunning setting and great company too which really added to the atmosphere of the evening, will certainly be coming back next time I got the chance. Thanks so much for having us!”

Seni Glaister:

“We had a wonderful evening! We were made to feel very welcome, the food was delicious (and plentiful!) and the company was brilliant. We will definitely be back.”

Lorna Hastings commented:

“We all had a lovely time, Charlie was a super host, and we were totally wowed by your food! The rosemary in your soup was totally incredible – it’s my favourite herb, and I have never had anything which tastes as deliciously fragrant as that (I was interested that it didn’t smell strong, but the taste was just so concentrated). I’m a sucker for a pud, too, and your chewy, ginger, rhubarb meringues were exquisite (I was accused of having a When Harry Met Sally moment while eating it)!
What a wonderful home you have, too, and thanks to Charlie for explaining a little bit about the school it was previously – I had no idea.
We had a delightful time, and are keen to try it again, maybe with the men next time. The ladies are talking about August / September, so I’ll get on it when I have more of an idea what people want to do. Please do bear us in mind, though ????
Thanks again, and best of luck with the next one!”

Lynne Smithard commented:

“Thank you very much for a very enjoyable evening. The food was absolutely delicious and many thanks to you and Charlie for making me feel so welcome in your home. I will definitely be coming along again to another evening and telling all my friends about it. Maria and I will come up with an idea to put to you for a group workshop as it sounds fun”.

Roberta Barter commented:

” We very much enjoyed our evening in your home last Thursday. Laura, your cooking skills are superb. The whole meal was delicious with many different and special flavours. Thank you for making us feel so welcome”.
Claire Tonkin commented:

“I just wanted to say what a brilliant time I had last night. My first taste of supper club was truly amazing…and definitely not my last. The food was so delicious, I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. Thank you.
What a beautiful house to have supper club in! Thank you to Trish and the other hosts who were fantastic, we couldn’t of asked for anything more.It really was a perfect evening. Thank you to all that made it that way. I’ll definitely be booking again”.

Claire Yellow commented:

“Thank you and Trish for a wonderful evening last night. We all thoroughly enjoyed it, what a unique and special experience you have created. We all really enjoyed the menu, I particularly liked the beetroot and orange soup and the Mediterranean bread. I am sure we will be back”.

Emily Hilton commented:

“Thank you for a wonderful evening, a very special and memorable one. Food was delicious (loved it all, the fresh green starters and awesome pud) setting wonderful and you were perfect hosts. Really can’t wait to return.”

Karoline Lassiter, one of the guests, commented:

“Just a note to say thank you for a wonderful evening last night. We all thoroughly enjoyed our first experience of a Supper Club. Your food was excellent; well presented and full of flavour. Could you pass on my thanks also to Trish who was a great host and made us all feel extremely welcome on arrival. She also has a beautiful home. Looking forward to more nights like last night”.
