Would like to learn how to master the art of cookery? Let me help you grow in kitchen confidence and build on your kitchen skills allowing you to enjoy your newly acquired culinary abilities.
I teach cookery in small groups and also on a one to one basis from home. I am also happy to teach at a venue of your choice and can accommodate larger groups with a cookery demonstration style workshop.
My cookery classes are personal, informative and hands on. You will be encouraged to engage in all practical activities and to ask as many questions as you can. You are here to learn as much as you possibly can and also to enjoy the process of learning new skills and tasting new flavours.
Cookery is a life skill that should be valued and encouraged. The best thing about cooking is that is appeals to all age groups and is a sociable way to share good times with friends.
Cookery lessons £75 per person for a three hour session which includes lunch and drinks. Group bookings are recommended. Classes of 6-8 are ideal. Themes for the cookery lessons will be discussed on an individual basis according to your needs and interests.
One to one classes are available:
£75 for a 2 hour session including hot and cold refreshments.
£100 for a three hour session including lunch and refreshments.
Cookery demos are £35 per person for a two hour session, which include drinks and tasters of all the dishes being demonstrated. Recipes are also provided. The minimum number of guests required for a private cookery demo is 6.
Supper club £35 per person at my home – private bookings taken.
Private supper club meal held at a venue of your choice £40 per person.
