The Sourdough Pop-Up Bread Demo
Come along and learn the basic principles of making your own sourdough bread in my sourdough taster session and cookery demonstration.
I will show you how to make your own sourdough starter and provide you with tips and advice on how to look after it. This will be followed by a demonstration of how to mix and shape your dough along with how to bake your loaf to achieve the best results.
This session will end with lunch including local cheeses, a bowl of seasonal soup, fresh fruits and a glass of wine from one of our talented Surrey wine producers, served with lots of freshly baked sourdough.
