Wishing everyone a very Happy New Year!
After a two week break, How To Cook Good Food is now back in blogging action. Having spent the entire Christmas holidays eating and drinking, plus a week in the Alps over indulging, I will be focussing on eating good, yet light food.
Even the many hours on the slopes cannot cancel out the amount of rich Alpine food I have consumed. I do love it but I’m not sure that it really loves me, so over the next couple of weeks I will be going healthy. No diets. Just fresher, lighter flavours.
This ties in perfectly with One Ingredient for January. My co-host Nazima at Franglais Kitchen is hosting this month with the theme of HEALTHY RECIPES. We would both love you to join in with any recipes that fit with this theme.
